Eaton Reservoir (Bull Dam)
John Kitcho; filed 7-22: “I fished Eaton Reservoir with live bait the other day. I caught pike,
catfish and bass. Thanks for the Fishing Reports!”

Lake LeBoeuf
Thomas Watral; filed 7-22: “Customers at my bait shop inform me that anglers are catch-
ing crappies and panfish at LeBoeuf during mornings near the boat launch area. Anglers
are using wax worms and red worms as well as small minnows.”

MERCER COUNTY

Lake Wilhelm
Vickie @ Fergie's; filed 7-25: “It’s been way too hot for most an-
glers to be out. I have not received much information this week,
except that bass anglers are doing pretty okay, including one cus-
tomer who caught a 5 pound largemouth.”

Cory @ Lake Wilhelm Marina: filed 7-25: “Has not been much

activity on the lake this week. However, one customer brought in

an 18.5 inch 3 lb. 12 oz. crappie. Marci has a photo of it. I ask RJ Graham with Wilhelm bass
here to send it to you.”

Shenango River Lake
Drew @ 5 Points Country Store; filed 7-25: “According to our customers, it has been pretty
quiet on Shenango this past week. Anglers are catching a bunch of small crappies and even
smaller bluegills. Nothing else to report.”

Ken Smith (Sharon); filed 7-22: “I fished Shenango on Tuesday, 7-19,
with Reuben Austin. All morning we cast jigs with nibbles added. We
caught over 70 fish in four hours, and kept close to 30 crappies that
were nine inches or a bit larger. Mind you, these were black crappies
with a thick body. Good eating at that size. Keep some – you will not
               be disappointed!”
