FISHING WITH DARL BLACK Guide Service: The crew at Gamma Fishing is busy running line
and stocking the shelves in preparation for the 2018 fishing season.

Of course over the next six weeks I’ll be spooling fresh Gamma Pan-
fish Line on my crappie and bluegill rods, checking tackle supplies and
preparing the boat for the 2018 Guide season. I will start the guide
season on May 1 at Pymatuning, focusing on crappie. I will continue
trips at Pymie until mid-July when I switch my focus to Conneaut Lake
for the summer, focusing on ‘gills, ‘seeds and calicos until mid-

September. Then it’s back to Pymatuning for crappies until early No-
vember. Many anglers are missing the fabulous panfishing at Con-
neaut during the summer. In order to help promote that, I will be
running a special summer rate for family trips at Conneaut. Also, if

you reserve a guide trip by May 1 for a May-June-early July date to
Pymatuning, your name will go into the hat for a drawing of a free Conneaut Lake guide trip
