Given the unusually warm air and warm water temperatures, it is hard to believe it is the second week of October. Uncertain who is more confused – the fish or the anglers! But as you will learn in this issue of the NW PA Fishing Report, there are good bites going on in some area waterways. As we get deeper into fall, the big draws for the region will be steelhead in Erie tributaries; walleye/crappies on inland lakes; and smallmouth bass/walleyes in flowing water. Now get off that sofa and Go Fish!
